Are you a creative and ambitious Communications professional, seeking a new challenge? If so, we're seeking a Tenant Communications Manager (approx. 14 month fixed-term contract due to maternity leave) to support in driving the delivery of our Tenant communications strategy.
Join us and drive the delivery of our Tenant Communications strategy and associated action plan. With responsibility for leading a small team, you'll oversee day-to-day tenant communications and marketing activities, as well as overseeing the execution of an exciting pro-active social media and digital strategy which puts tenants and their needs right at the heart. As a brand custodian, you'll also safeguard our identity and tone of voice across all marketing and communications materials.
This is a visible role where you can expect to liaise with a variety of key business functions and internal stakeholders, whilst supporting the ongoing development and mentorship of your team of Communications Officers. As a leader within our Corporate Affairs senior leadership team, you'll truly have the opportunity to shape and contribute to wider strategies delivered by the wider Communications function.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Experience of delivering and managing highly effective communications and marketing strategies / projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of digital channels, with experience of using a range of innovative channels to communicate with customers and enhance brand awareness.
- Managerial experience within a Communications and / or Marketing function within a large organization.
- Evidence of working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to drive strategically aligned change projects.
Our colleagues deliver services from the location that they are best delivered on any given day. This means that you should expect to work from a Midland Heart site as a minimum 3 days week (on average).
