Start strong at Midland Heart
At Midland Heart, we believe that a great start sets the foundation for a successful career. That’s why our five-day Corporate Induction programme is designed to fully support our new colleagues before they transition into their roles.
A comprehensive introduction
Our induction programme isn’t just about policies and procedures. We provide a warm welcome, ensuring new colleagues feel valued and prepared. From understanding our history and our mindset, to meeting the people who make a difference every day, our new starters get a deep dive into what makes Midland Heart unique.
Tenant-centric approach
We put our tenants at the heart of everything we do. As part of our induction, new hires engage with our tenants to understand the impact of our services firsthand. This helps foster a tenant-centric mindset from day one.
Tailored learning and development
Our five-day programme includes a series of interactive workshops and sessions to build or refresh essential skills. From learning how we are one team working together for our tenants, to understanding housing legislation and cyber security, our new colleagues receive the knowledge they need to succeed.
Support every step of the way
We know that starting a new role can be challenging, so we ensure our colleagues feel supported every step of the way. Our People Services team, along with business experts, are there to guide and assist through every session.
