And we're offering students the chance to intern in our Health, Safety & Facilities Team — where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Fleet, Facilities, and Health & Safety functions in a fast-paced dynamic organisation.
Summer Internship: 8-10 weeks between 15th June –August 2026
Your Role:
You'll apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges – working alongside experienced Operational managers whilst gaining insight into asset management, workplace coordination, and health & safety compliance. You'll develop a first-hand appreciation of how our Operations and Infrastructure teams support the frontline services and facilities that keep our organisation running safely — directly benefiting colleagues and tenants.
Your day to day will see you:
- Supporting the coordination of facilities services across our office locations, helping to improve the workplace experience and monitor supplier performance.
- Helping with Health & Safety compliance activities, including site inspections, documentation reviews, and updating risk assessments.
- Assisting with Fleet administration and compliance, including vehicle allocation, MOT records, and analysing data to find value-for-money opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate data records to support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and governance briefing papers.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects focused on sustainability initiatives, process mapping, and operational efficiency.
- Taking part in project work, mentoring, and development activities as part of your internship.
What we're looking for:
- Currently studying (or recently completed) a degree in Business Management, Logistics, Facilities Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate activities across different teams and locations.
- An analytical approach to data and a keen interest in operational efficiency and sustainability.
