Our Internships
Whether you are looking for a year-long placement or a summer opportunity, our internships are designed to help you explore your potential, build confidence, and understand what a career in housing is really like. We offer 12-month internships and Summer Internships across many different business areas.
You will work alongside passionate professionals, contribute to live projects and gain insight into an organisation that puts people and communities first. From day one, you will be learning, growing and making an impact.

Available Internship Opportunities
We offer internships across a range of business areas.
12-month Internships: Risk & Assurance, Sustainability, Customer Experience, Tenancy Services, and Project Management (Technology).
Starting in September 2026, you will spend a year in your chosen area, developing in-depth knowledge, practical skills and industry insight that will set you up for long-term success.
Summer Internships: Finance, Computer Science, People (HR), Health & Safety & Facilities, and Digital Marketing.
Starting in June 2026, you will spend 10 weeks in your chosen area, understanding more about the housing industry and our challenges, and making a real difference to our tenants.
Who should apply
- You are currently studying at university or have recently graduated from university – degree requirements vary by role
- You care about make a real impact, are curious by nature and dedicated to growing your career
- You are collaborative, motivated and keen to learn with strong communication skills
- You have the right to work for the duration of the internship. We’re unable to sponsor visas.
How to apply & key dates
Our inclusive application process is designed to help you shine - no matter your background.
- Online Application: We don’t need a CV or cover letter for you to apply to our internships- instead just complete our online application form and answer a few questions
- Pre-Assessment Activities: You will be asked to complete some tasks, designed to get to know you a little better. This could include a short video interview.
- Group Assessment Centre: Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to take part in our in-person group assessment event, participating in group tasks
- Final Interview: Meet with our senior managers to discuss your motivations and fit for our organisation
- Start your journey: Join us as an intern in June (Summer) or September (Year-long)
The closing date for our internships will be 15th February. We may close roles early if we receive high volumes of applications- so don’t miss out.
