Join us as a Graduate Surveyor

You’ll work on the frontline, learning the skills needed to identify and remediate disrepair and issues within our homes – all the while working towards Chartered Surveyor (RICS) status. Rotating within different departments, you’ll immerse yourself in:

  • Repairs & Maintenance: Conduct surveys and consult with tenants to ensure a high-quality repairs service.
  • Property Investment: Support energy-efficiency upgrades, and drive greener, more affordable housing.
  • Building Safety: Ensure the highest standard of building safety in our homes, conducting surveys in electrical, water, fire & lifesaving systems.
  • Property Development: Source land, draft business cases, manage procurement, and deliver high-quality new homes.

Your professional journey

  • Months 0 to 3 - Onboarding, meet your cohort and mentor, and get comfortable with our values, systems, and expectations.
  • Months 4 to 24 - Rotations across technical teams with increasing responsibility. Build your APC/RICS competence portfolio — backed by study days and mentor support.
  • Months 25 to 30 - Final APC preparation and interview; Contract Managers then complete the CMI-accredited Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Contract Management.

Who should apply
  • You’re a final-year or recent graduate (predicted or achieved 2:1 or above) from a RICS-accredited discipline — think Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Real Estate or similar.

How to apply & key dates

A supportive recruitment process:

  • Online Application - We don't need a CV or cover letter for you to apply to our Graduate programme- instead just complete our online application form and answer a few questions
  • Pre-Assessment Activities - You will then be asked to complete a number of tasks, all designed to get to know you a little better. This will include situational judgement tasks and a short video interview. 
  • Assessment Centre - Successful candidates will then be invited to take part in our face-to-face group assessment event, partcipating in group tasks, case studies and a presentation.
  • Final Interview - Meet our leadership team to discuss your motivations and fit for our organisation.
