Apprenticeships
Our Trade Apprenticeship Programmes offer a practical, paid route into a skilled career, with hands‑on experience, recognised qualifications and dedicated support every step of the way. Whether you’re finishing school or college or you are looking to retrain and try something new, our apprenticeships are designed to help you succeed.
You’ll earn a starting salary of £20,000, with pay increases as you progress and qualify. Alongside your training, you’ll be supported by experienced mentors and managers, and we’ll even help you obtain a driving licence if you don’t already have one.

Our Trade Apprenticeships
Carpentry Apprentice
As a Carpentry Apprentice, you’ll learn essential trade skills while working on real projects alongside experienced professionals. This pathway is ideal for those who enjoy practical work and want a broad skillset in property maintenance.
What you’ll study:
- Level 2 Carpentry Apprenticeship (2 years)
- Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship (12 months)
This combined pathway means you’ll be fully qualified in 3 years, with a strong foundation in both carpentry and wider property maintenance.
Plumbing Apprentice
Our Plumbing Apprenticeship is ideal for anyone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants a future‑proof career in a trusted trade. No two days are ever the same - you’ll be constantly learning, problem‑solving, and building skills you can be proud of.
What you’ll study:
- Level 2 Plumbing Apprenticeship (2 years)
- Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship (12 months)
By the end of the programme, you’ll be fully qualified after 3 years, equipped with the skills to carry out professional plumbing tasks alongside wider property maintenance.
Electrical Apprentice
As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll train towards becoming a fully qualified electrician, gaining specialist technical knowledge and practical experience over a longer, more in‑depth programme.
What you’ll study:
- Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship (4 years)
On completion, you’ll be a fully qualified electrician, with strong career and progression opportunities.
Who should apply
- You have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship (we are unable to sponsor visas)
- You have lived in the UK for the past three years
- You have completed your GCSEs (or equivalent)
- You have achieved a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification
We also welcome applications from candidates with Grade 2 or above in English and/or Maths. In these cases, we will assess individual learning needs:
- Applicants aged 16–18 will be enrolled in mandatory English and Maths classes as part of their apprenticeship
- Applicants aged 19+ may also complete English and Maths alongside the apprenticeship
No previous trade experience is required – full training will be provided. If you’re reliable, keen to learn, and enjoy hands‑on work, a trade apprenticeship with us could be the right next step for you.
How to apply & key dates
Our inclusive application process is designed to help you shine - no matter your background.
- Online application: Complete our online application and bring your CV to life- this is your chance to tell us about yourself so be authentically you!
- Group assessment centre: Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to take part in our in-person group assessment event, participating in group tasks. These are scheduled for mid-June.
- Final interview: Meet with our operations managers to discuss your motivations and fit for our organisation.
- Start your journey: Join us as an apprentice in September
The closing date for our trade apprenticeship programmes will be 25th May. We may close roles early if we receive high volumes of applications- so don’t miss out and apply as soon as applications open.
